Return Policy

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your items.

Please notify us by email at info@christensencopenhagen.com.au stating the reason for your return, if an exchange is required details must be outlined in this email. The return must be received within 7 days of receiving your items, please include the completed return form.

We will acknowledge the date when the goods were signed for as proof of delivery, as the date you received your goods. The 7 day period will commence from this date.

It is advise to return your item registered mail such as Express Post or registered courier so your package can be tracked. Christensen Copenhagen will not take responsibility for any packages which we do not receive at our end if no tracking system was used.

Once we have received the returned item and have ensured the product is in new and unused condition with the designer garment tags attached in its original position, we will either dispatch a new item or arrange a refund.
